Qi Gong at Oliaros seaside lodge, Antiparos island
Evenings QiGong sessions organized in August 2017 by Oliaros team and Mahi Dimitriadou Lindhal on our outdoor deck. Mahi is a very good friend, a dancer with studies at the Greek National School of Dance, she is also a freelance QiGong and Tai Chi teacher.
Qigong (alternatively spelled chi gung or chi kung) is a form of gentle exercise composed of movements that are repeated a number of times, often stretching the body, increasing fluid movement (blood, synovial and lymph) and building awareness of how the body moves through space. The effectiveness of qigong has been proven in China by its beneficial impact on the health of millions of people over thousands of years. Developing the life force, or chi, is the focus of Taoism, China’s original religion/philosophy.
On the coming summer of 2018 Qigong sessions will take place at Oliaros’s outdoor deck from late June to September.
It is open to everybody, visitors and residents on Antiparos island, for more information please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or through our Facebook page
